With a lean team structure, they offer a more agile and hands-on approach, working across a range of challenging development schemes in the local region.
Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact across multiple live construction and development projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completionWork closely with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and agreed project timelinesConduct regular site visits across projects located in and around Tunbridge Wells, monitoring progress and reporting updates to senior stakeholdersOrganise and lead site meetings, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project deliverySupport procurement activities including sourcing materials, obtaining cost estimates, and liaising with suppliersPrepare and issue tender documentation, assisting in the evaluation and appointment of contractors and consultantsMonitor project costs, working alongside internal teams to review invoices, track budgets, and maintain financial controlContribute to the delivery of refurbishment and development projects, ensuring quality and programme objectives are metThe Successful Applicant
Experience as a Project Manager within property, construction, or consultancy environmentsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a lean team structureA proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational and communication skillsSolid understanding of health & safety regulations and building complianceExperience coordinating contractors and consultants effectivelyExposure to development or refurbishment projects is advantageousAmbition to progress professionally, with interest in achieving APC or equivalent qualificationsWhat's on Offer
