Job Description
3. Act as the primary point of contact across multiple live construction and development projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion
4. Work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and agreed project timelines
5. Conduct regular site visits across projects located in and around Tunbridge Wells, monitoring progress and reporting updates to senior stakeholders
6. Organise and lead site meetings, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project delivery
7. Support procurement activities including sourcing materials, obtaining cost estimates, and liaising with suppliers
8. Prepare and issue tender documentation, assisting in the evaluation and appointment of contractors and consultants
9. Monitor project costs, working alongside internal teams to review invoices, track budgets, and maintain financial control
10. Contribute to the delivery of refurbishment and development projects, ensuring quality and programme objectives are met
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience as a Project Manager within property, construction, or consultancy environments
12. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a lean team structure
13. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational and communication skills
14. Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and building compliance
15. Experience coordinating contractors and consultants effectively
16. Exposure to development or refurbishment projects is advantageous
17. Ambition to progress professionally, with interest in achieving APC or equivalent qualifications
