Role Description
This is a full-time, and would suit someone who is idealy local to the area and would be working from our head office and is an on-site role for a General Manager located in Talacre. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Also we are currently constructing a new head office within our yard to further assist with our growth plans and would be a perfect time to join our Group.

* Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements in the construction industry
* Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in the construction industry or a related field is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a closely related field is preferred
