About the Role





We are looking for a passionate
and commercially driven Assistant Central Reservations Manager to join our
Central Reservations team at Barons Eden.





In this key role, you will support
the day-to-day operations of our reservations function across the group,
ensuring exceptional guest service while maximising revenue opportunities.
Acting as deputy to the Central Reservations Manager, you will help lead,
develop, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding performance and memorable
guest experiences.





Key Responsibilities





Leading & Supporting the
Team




* Assisting in supervising, coaching, and developing
the reservations team

* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing
training

* Acting as an escalation point for complex bookings
and guest queries

* Leading by example in delivering exceptional
customer service






Driving Operations




* Supporting the smooth daily running of the
reservations department

* Monitoring call quality, response times, and
booking accuracy

* Ensuring all reservations align with company
standards

* Stepping in to manage the team in the absence of
the Manager






Boosting Revenue &
Performance




* Driving booking conversions and upselling
opportunities

* Supporting delivery of revenue targets and KPIs

* Analysing performance and identify opportunities
for growth

* Assisting with sales strategies, promotions, and
campaigns






Improving Systems &
Processes




* Ensuring effective use of reservation systems and
booking platforms

* Helping streamline processes to improve efficiency
and guest experience

* Maintaining accurate reporting and data integrity






Enhancing Guest Experience




* Delivering a seamless and personalised booking
journey

* Resolving guest issues professionally and
efficiently

* Championing Barons Eden’s brand values in every
interaction






About You






* Have previous experience in reservations, sales, or
front office within hospitality

* Have previous supervisory or team leader experience
(preferred)

* Have excellent commercial awareness with a focus on
driving revenue

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Be confident using booking systems and Microsoft
Office

* Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information





* 40 hours per week
* Working 5 days out
of 7 per week
* Shifts: Earlies, mid and late shifts required
* Working 1 weekend in 3
* Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this
role. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
