Motion & Visual Designer (Video, Brand & UI) Location: Manchester (Hybrid) — with a London office opening later this year Type: Full-time About us Rezzil builds performance products across B2B, B2C and gaming for sport. Spanning VR, mobile and console. Exar.live is our ingest and data transport platform for live game data, powering our own analysis tools in VR and broadcast, and enabling products wherever real-time sports data can add value. We’re expanding into computer vision and AI-led solutions as part of our roadmap. The opportunity We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Motion & Visual Designer who can own high-impact visual content across the entire business, Rezzil and Exar.live. You’ll create everything from social-first motion pieces and brand assets to pitch decks, product trailers, UI design, and in-game cinematics. This is a role for someone who can set creative direction, execute at a high level, and work autonomously with our marketing and commercial team to deliver consistently excellent output. What you’ll do Motion / Video Create social media video content (short-form and longer-form) for product marketing, announcements, and campaigns Produce trailers, teasers, product walkthroughs, sizzle reels, and case-study edits for performance and broadcast audiences Create motion graphics packages (titles, lower thirds, transitions, stings) aligned to brand guidelines Contribute to (or lead) in-game cinematics and capture workflows (gameplay, VR capture, broadcast-style visuals) Brand / Design Design brand and marketing assets across web, social, presentations, event collateral, and internal comms Create and maintain reusable templates (deck templates, social toolkits, motion presets) to help the team move faster Support brand consistency across Rezzil and Exar.live, helping evolve the visual language as products grow UI / Product visuals Create UI/UX assets in Figma for in-product screens, flows, overlays, and marketing mockups Collaborate with product, design, and development to ensure designs are buildable, clear, and aligned to platform constraints (VR/mobile/console) Creative ownership Translate briefs into strong concepts, storyboards, and final deliverables Manage your own pipeline: ideation → production → review → delivery, with clear versioning and asset organisation Provide creative direction on shoots/capture days when needed (lighting/composition/shot lists, if applicable) What we’re looking for Senior-level experience in a studio, agency, games, sports, or product environment producing high-quality motion/video and design work Strong creative judgement: pacing, typography, composition, storytelling, and an eye for brand Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively with marketing/commercial stakeholders Comfortable switching contexts across multiple products and audiences (consumer gaming, elite performance, broadcast/data platform) Strong communication and stakeholder management—able to take feedback, push back when needed, and protect quality Tools & skills (must-have) Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, especially: Premiere Pro (editing, finishing, deliverables) After Effects (motion graphics, compositing, templates) Figma proficiency (UI layouts, components, design systems basics) Strong understanding of social formats, compression, platform specs, and versioning Ability to deliver polished outputs under timelines without sacrificing craft Bonus points Experience creating assets for real-time / game engines (Unity and/or Unreal) or working with capture pipelines UI animation / micro-interactions (AE → Lottie or similar workflows) Basic 3D familiarity (Cinema4D/Blender) or compositing/VFX sensibility Experience in sport, broadcast graphics, or data-led storytelling Familiarity with VR capture and the quirks of showcasing immersive content in 2D formats Portfolio requirement (important) To apply, you must provide: A showreel (motion/video) Links to finished work (published videos, trailers, campaigns, product reels, etc.) If possible, include 2–3 case studies showing your role, constraints, and outcomes What we offer Competitive salary Share options 25 days holiday bank holidays, plus company closure over Christmas Hybrid working and flexibility around hours A chance to work across VR, mobile, console, and broadcast/data products, with real scope to shape creative direction Small, high-ownership teams where good work ships and gets seen How to apply Send your CV, showreel, and links to finished work, plus a short note on why you’re interested in Rezzil / exar.live and the kind of work you want to own here.
