Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities
* Property Management: Deliver high-quality management services for your portfolio, including coordinating site inspections and handling maintenance requests.
* Client & Leaseholder Relations: Respond to client and leaseholder inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships at all times.
* Financial Oversight: Prepare and review service charge budgets, ensure accurate billing, and collaborate with clients on year-end accounts.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with property assistants and contractors to maintain high standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with legal and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments and insurance coverage.
* Reporting & Communication: Keep clients informed through regular updates and attending/hosting meetings with leaseholders when required.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Fire Safety Legislation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A professional and courteous approach to all interactions.
* Familiarity with Qube property management software is a plus.
