Construction Masters Services is seeking a Concrete Foreman to join our Civil division. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a small crew. The Foreman must be self-motivated, able to plan, be detailed oriented, have the ability to interact professionally, work well with other employees, customers, and sub-contractors.
* Function independently and supervise the civil crew and others. Hands on position. Solid experience with concrete required.
* Must have a valid drivers license.
* Able to read blueprints
* Drug Free Work Environment.

Daily Tasks:
* Transferring equipment to and from sites.
* Experience driving/backing a pickup truck with large trailer.
* Hauling material to and from sites with non-cdl dump truck.
* Operate skid loader.
* Monitor schedule progression and provide updated scheduling and daily reporting.
* Collaborate & report to the Superintendent any discrepancies/changes.
* Monitor/verify site safety compliance to Company and OSHA 30 standards.
* Establish and maintain a clean and well-organized construction project.
* Monitors the effects of the weather on the curing process
* Performs related duties including, but not limited to, light demolition or grading, as assigned

Education, Skills and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years work experience as a concrete laborer or mason or supervisor
* Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.
* Basic blueprint comprehension
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for long periods
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours
* Ability to kneel for long periods
* Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
