Job Title: Customer Service Executive
We are recruiting for a well-established company based in Mansfield.
This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
As a Customer Service Executive, you will assist our Customer Services Team in a small, customer-focused environment. Your role is to provide excellent, courteous, and helpful guidance to our customers, ensuring their needs are at the heart of everything we do.
Key duties include:
1. Dealing with customer inquiries, queries, and complaints via telephone and email.
2. Providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and motivation.
3. Demonstrating great interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner.
4. Using intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
