Robert Half is recruiting for a Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.
ROLE: Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Quality Centre of Excellence.
LENGTH: 6 Months
LOCATION: Remote - UK based
PAY: depending on experience
The Role
* Lead a large project to establish and operate a global team focused on quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to plan the operations, needs, and objectives of the Centre of Excellence.
* Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals.
* Coordinate across departments such as Quality, Regulatory, IT, and HR to ensure project support and alignment.
* Standardize and enhance global quality systems and processes, including digital tools.
* Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards to maintain safety and efficiency.
* Develop training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives to support new working methods and high-quality standards.
* Monitor progress, evaluate success, and report to senior management.
Who you are:
* Experienced project manager (10+ years), preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
* Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Knowledgeable about pharmaceutical quality regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage budgets and risks effectively.
