Internal Recruiter
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Location: Park Gate, Southampton (5 days a week in the office)
We have a new opportunity to join our Park Gate Head Office within the People Team as a Internal Recruiter!
What we are looking for:
* At least 3 years of Recruitment/HR experience
* Knowledge of the motor trade preferred
* Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Ability to always maintain confidentiality
* Motivated and be able to work under pressure
* Be organised
What you will be doing:
* Recruitment for various departments within the business including Store Sales, Head Office Sales/ Contact Centre, Aftersales, Preparation and Administration
* Working closely with Hiring Managers to ensure we are attracting and retaining the best talent
* Day-to-day candidate management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from the point of application
* Proactively headhunt, source and attract high quality candidates to meet business needs
* Create attractive job adverts and job specifications
* Advertise job openings through multiple sources
* Shortlisting applications and communicating with candidates in a timely manner
* Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates
* Assisting the management team with the interview process
* Organise & co-ordinate recruitment days, for new sites or when large teams are required
* To report on KPI’s weekly and monthly
