As a key part of the leadership structure, you'll act as a mentor to team members, lead by example and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.

To be a successful Store Supervisor at GAP you will:
* Support and step in for management when needed to ensure smooth operations
* Act as a role model to the team and support driving performances and behaviors
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and customer loyalty
* Take accountability for assigned tasks and areas of expertise
* Help maintain store standards, productivity and visual presentation
* Train, coach and support the team members in building skills and confidence
* Contribute to sales goals through suggestive upselling, and exceptional service
* Support store openings, closings and general store functional duties
About you:
* At least 6 months of strong retail experience (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus)
* A natural communicator who builds trust and motivates others
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great service
* A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills
* Leads with integrity and models brand values at all times
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Pay: Up to £31,000.00 per year
