We are seeking a capable Development Manager to support the identification, appraisal and delivery of development projects across the UK and Ireland, with opportunities to contribute to international work. This role suits a commercially aware professional looking to further develop their experience in development management within a consultancy environment. You’ll be responsible for: Identifying and appraising development opportunities. Supporting financial models and cashflows. Assisting due diligence and funding activity. Contributing to site acquisition tasks. Managing budget and cost elements. Tracking commercial performance. Coordinating development delivery activities. Collaborating with clients and project teams. You’ll need to have: Experience in reinforced concrete, temporary works, project management, and regulated industry standards. Strong understanding of design processes, Eurocodes, legislation, and contract administration. Skilled in communication, influencing, organisation, and time management.
