You will be responsible for leading the production of financial reporting information to support performance monitoring, project governance and decision making for the Group\'s projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of project accounting and reporting, the preparation of journals to facilitate financial information being recorded against individual projects.
* Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project costs.
* Collaborate with project managers to provide timely and accurate financial information.
* Develop and maintain project cost reporting models.
* Prepare and analyze monthly project financial information.
* Ensure that project costs are being recorded and reported in accordance with appropriate accounting policies.
* Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, preferably Oracle.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Significant experience in project accounting and reporting.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Qualified accountant
Reporting Relationships / Interactions
* Reports to the Senior Project Accountant
* Maintain constructive and supportive professional relationships internal stakeholders, with particular focus on FP&A and project managers
