Join a collaborative, high‑performing legal team where your expertise, judgement and leadership will directly shape exceptional outcomes for clients, without the pressures of business development or billing targets.
This enables you to focus on delivering high‑quality legal advice, building trusted client relationships, and contributing strategically to client outcomes, rather than revenue generation.
As a Senior Employment Lawyer / Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of WorkNest’s larger and more complex clients, ensuring they are equipped to meet both their commercial objectives and legal obligations. Operating within our fixed‑fee model, you will be able to focus on delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice without the constraints of time recording or billing pressures.
You will be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with typically 3–4+ years’ PQE in employment law, gained within private practice or an advisory environment.
Experience working with education sector clients or mid‑market organisations would be advantageous, though not essential.
If you are looking to step into a senior role where you can focus on delivering excellent legal advice, develop others, and build meaningful client relationships, without the pressures of traditional private practice, we would welcome your application.
WorkNest is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and ensuring that everyone – job applicants, clients, colleagues, and anyone else we deal with – is treated fairly and with respect. We continuously review our policies and processes to support our aim to create a diverse team. We are committed to delivering on our four core values that we believe all our colleagues should align with: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Inclusion.
