Science Teacher – Temporary, Full-Time
Location: York
Pay: £150 – £220 per day
A secondary school in York is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher on a temporary, full-time basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching to make a positive contribution to students’ learning and development.
Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across the science curriculum.
Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
✅ Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement in the classroom.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
Excellent classroom management skills.
A commitment to supporting student success.
