Total Spectrum are recruiting on behalf of our Engineering client, who are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team
This will be a straight permanent role, for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC turning machines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings
* Ensure components meet quality and tolerance requirements
* Carry out routine machine maintenance
* Apprentice trained
* The successful candidate would be running a Hurco TM8i, training would be given if required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner is essential
* Ability to program and adjust offsets
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Knowledge of ISO/Fanuc/Hurco controls (preferred)
Hours, Benefit & Salary:
* Hours are 07.15-16.00 Monday to Thursday/ 07.15-12.30 Friday.
