Sodexo is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support the management of health & safety training, compliance documentation, and risk assessment processes. The Role You will ensure all training records and safety documentation are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready, while supporting managers in maintaining compliance and safe working practices. Key Responsibilities Training & Compliance Maintain training trackers and compliance databases Monitor mandatory training, including SSW and refresher schedules Issue reminders and coordinate training sessions Support onboarding and produce compliance reports Documentation Maintain and update health & safety records and systems Support document control, reviews, and audits Risk Assessments Administer and track risk assessments and SSW documentation Monitor review dates and follow up on actions Support incident documentation where required Support & Communication Act as a point of contact for queries Work with managers to ensure compliance Promote a positive health & safety culture What We’re Looking For Experience in H&S administration or compliance support Strong organisation and attention to detail Experience with training trackers or databases Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Desirable: Knowledge of SSW and risk assessments Facilities or operational environment experience IOSH/NEBOSH (or similar) Key Competencies Attention to detail • Time management • Accuracy • Communication • Teamwork • Compliance focus Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
