As the Recruitment Sales Manager, your duties will include:
* Driving sales growth across the North West through new business development
* Managing and developing relationships with key transport and logistics clients
* Identifying and securing new commercial opportunities within the Driving sector
* Leading from the front in a hands-on, target-driven sales role
* Supporting and mentoring consultants across the region where required
* Monitoring regional performance and implementing strategies to maximise growth
The successful Recruitment Sales Manager will have:
* Previous experience within a sales focused Driving or Logistics recruitment environment
* A proven track record in business development and revenue generation
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and commercially focused approach
* The ability to manage workloads independently across office, field and home working
* A full UK driving licence
