Your new roleSupply teachers are essential in keeping schools running smoothly when permanent staff are unavailable. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic and inspiring lessons across various year groups and subjects, helping learners stay engaged and on track
* Foster a calm and supportive learning environment using clear and consistent behaviour management techniques
* Monitor student progress and relay constructive feedback to full-time teaching staff to enhance each pupil's growth
* Move confidently between different school communities, tailoring your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strengths in English, Maths and phonics
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Excellent communication and good classroom management
* Prior experience teaching within a primary school setting
