Strategic Sourcing Manager, Role Responsibilities: - Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a range of indirect categories (Professional Services, Facilities, HR & Marketing etc.) Deliver end-to-end procurement activity both within the framework of public sector regulations as well as creating innovative category strategies to deliver value and support organisational goals Build and manage key supplier relationships to drive long-term value and performance Support multiple business functions with market insight, procurement best practice, and innovation Strategic Sourcing Manager, Required Background: - Demonstrable strategic sourcing experience across multiple indirect categories, ideally having managed two or more of the Professional Services, Facilities, Marketing or HR categories) A strong understanding of public sector procurement frameworks and legislation, ideally with training or awareness of the new Procurement Act Skilled in stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and strategic planning Why Join?
