Duties will include: - Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, working with security to ensure passes are issued for all visitors to the site - Answering all incoming calls to the main switchboard, fielding accordingly - Managing and coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality and catering - Supporting with administrative duties to the wider business The successful candidate will: - Have experience working within a reception-based role - Be confident working independently as well as part of a team - Be confident working with all MS Office packages - Be warm, professional and approachable! - Be able to commit to a temporary assignment and start immediately!
