Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and well-established Legal 500 firm in Nottingham.
This is a key appointment within a respected private client team, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke advice to a loyal client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and multi-generational families. The role offers exposure to complex, interesting and rewarding work, alongside genuine long-term career prospects.
The Role
You will manage your own varied and high-value caseload, including:
* Wills, estate planning and succession advice
* Complex probate and estate administration
* Trust creation, administration and advice
* Inheritance tax and wider tax planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
You will also play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior members of the team.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in private client matters
* Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts and tax
* Confident handling complex and high-value cases independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
STEP qualification or progress towards it would be advantageous but is not essential.
