ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton’s purpose is to empower our members to live fit, strong, long, and happy lives. We do this by bringing integrated fitness wellness experiences to our members anywhere, anytime. Peloton has the world’s most supportive community, best in class hardware software human coaching (our instructors). The Talent Producer is responsible for providing creative support and assistance to an assigned group of Peloton Instructors. This role involves working closely with Instructors to help shape and produce high-quality classes and content for Peloton’s various platforms. The Talent Producer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Programming, Music, and Social Media, to deliver content that aligns with Peloton’s brand standards and resonates with the audience. Talent Producers typically support Instructors with a mix of experiences as on camera and multichannel talent. Talent Producers will on average support 3-5 Instructors that teach 1-4 fitness modalities. This role involves a focus on providing hands-on support in content creation, assisting with execution, and ensuring the overall vision of each class is met. While the Talent Producer will contribute to creative processes, this role is focused on production support, content development and delivery. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Content Development & Execution Pre-Production Support: Assist in providing support to assigned Instructors by preparing class plans, scripts, and creative briefs to ensure alignment with Peloton’s standards and the Instructor’s voice. Creative Assistance: Contribute ideas for class themes, social media content, and promotional materials. Help pitch and develop creative concepts for their talent for all channels as related to Peloton. Research & Collaboration: Assist in conducting research for content development and work with the Music team to ensure the appropriate selection and integration of music into class plans. Content Execution: Collaborate with the Studio Producer team during content execution, ensuring smooth production processes. Support the team with any edits or adjustments as needed, and ensure the content aligns with production guidelines. Feedback & Instructor Support Class Support: Attend and/or review Instructors' live or recorded classes to offer constructive feedback, ensuring the final content aligns with Peloton’s production standards. Social Strategy Support : Help develop strategies for enhancing Instructors' social media presence and brand. Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Class Clips & Social Content: Assist in identifying and capturing key moments from classes to be used on Peloton’s social media channels, ensuring that the content is aligned with Peloton’s overall brand messaging. Programming & Cross-Functional Collaboration Programming Support: Work with the Programming team to ensure Instructors’ class schedules are well-balanced and that content diversity is maintained. Support programming strategies to optimize Instructor performance. Content Development & Protocols: Assist in the creation of production protocols for new classes and content, ensuring adherence to Peloton’s fitness standards in collaboration with Fitness Development and Training teams. Creative Producer Lead As assigned, provide support for cross-functional concepts, collaborating with their team and team leaders to execute ideas from start to finish. This ranges from individual Instructor concepts to medium to large content initiatives. Talent Producers will also be "captains" of fitness programming initiatives, driving creative support in partnership with Talent Producers & Instructors. Examples of fitness programming subjects are launching new class types, new fitness areas of interest YOU BRING TO PELOTON Experience: Demonstrable experience in production, broadcast, or creative roles, preferably in a content creation environment. Experience working with on-camera talent is beneficial. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Creative & Editorial Skills: Strong writing, research, and editorial skills. Ability to assist with creative ideas and help execute content development with attention to detail. Fitness & Production Knowledge: While formal fitness qualifications are not required, a basic understanding of Peloton’s fitness modalities and production protocols is helpful. A strong interest in fitness content is essential. Technical & Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and content editing tools. Knowledge of how to create engaging, shareable content for various platforms is a plus. Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment while remaining organized and proactive. Talent Producer for German-language content: fluency in German language and strong knowledge of German culture are essential. Work Environment & Requirements: Based at either the New York or London studio, with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days per week. Additional days or weekend work may be required based on team or business needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate production schedules. LI-KN1 LI-Hybrid
