2 posts We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the Estates department. Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you will be helping to deliver an excellent maintenance service direct to our customers. In this role, you will: Undertake reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance works on electrical services and equipment. Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance testing on fire alarm, emergency lighting installations and any other low voltage wiring systems, ensuring compliance targets are met. Undertake systems fault finding and provide remedial reports. Trace faults on controls systems and associated equipment. Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and safe systems of work. Act as a competent person for electrical isolations and de isolations. Assist with managing critical and essential material stock levels. Develop good working relationships with key customers to continually improve our service. We’d like to hear from you if you: Hold a recognised apprenticeship in electrical services, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification. 18th Edition IET Wiring regulations. JIB AM2 Are experienced in working within a reactive maintenance environment. Can work well as part of a team and independently. Can communicate and deliver excellent customer service.
