About the Role

You will act as the main conduit between brokers, Business Development Managers, the Managing Director, and underwriting teams, ensuring deals flow smoothly from enquiry to application.

This is a front-line role where accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism are essential.

The environment is fast-paced and SLA-driven, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, multitasking, and being integral to commercial success.


Key Responsibilities

* Managing sales enquiries and correspondence through lending stream inboxes
* Generating and issuing lending terms to brokers and customers.
* Acting as the gateway between sales and underwriting, ensuring applications are completed
* Managing due diligence across lending enquiries and applications.
* Overseeing broker onboarding, ensuring compliance with registration and requirements.
* Maintaining and updating CRM systems
* Analysing sales data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities.
* Supporting internal system testing and development as the business continues to scale.
* Acting as a professional brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service
* Hybrid working: Office Tuesday to Thursday, home working Monday and Friday

Skills & Experience Required

* Background in Financial Services, ideally within mortgage, bridging, or specialist finance
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Positive, driven and resilient mindset
* Strong work ethic and professional attitude
* Graduate or apprenticeship-level candidates with relevant FS exposure will be considered
* Desire to build a stable, long-term career within sales support and specialist lending
