Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team in delivering high-quality care to residents in our nursing home. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing person-centred nursing care, ensuring residents' dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and supervise person-centred nursing care to residents.
* Administer medication and treatment in line with NMC standards and company policy.
* Create and update individualised care plans and risk assessments.
* Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly.
* Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures.
* Work collaboratively with residents families and external healthcare professionals.
