The project is a generational project providing Belfast with a much‑needed transportation system inclusive of rail and bus improvements across Northern Ireland.
Support clients and project teams with developing and maintaining information requirements and standards, developing and managing processes within a common data environment and leading the delivery of the information management function for the project team. Advises, innovates, develops and implements processes described within ISO 19650 series. This includes how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Manage safe, compliant and high‑quality delivery, applying strong knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
* Championing inclusivity and wellbeing across multidisciplinary teams.
* Driving BIM and digital engineering excellence to enhance efficiency and enable modern infrastructure delivery.
* Supporting high‑performing BIM teams across rail, water and energy projects, ensuring best‑practice implementation.
* Supporting delivery teams across the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and compliant BIM processes.
* Developing and assuring BIM documents, models and standards aligned with ISO 19650 and Mace procedures.
* Implementing governance, digital handover and information security protocols.
* Driving continuous improvement through training, innovation and collaborative knowledge‑sharing.
You’ll Need To Have
* Proficient with Autodesk, Bentley, validation, visualisation and database tools.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, CDEs, IFC, COBie and classification standards.
* 5+ years’ BIM delivery experience, preferably in rail/metro.
* Skilled in content management, GIS and digital workflows.
