Real impact In your Corporate Banking and Markets (CB&M) Internship you’ll be based in either London, Birmingham, or Edinburgh. You’ll be in the most fascinating corners of Corporate and Institutional Banking. Your first taste of CB&M life could include:: • Joining key client meetings, developing stakeholder management skills and learning how to build trust fast. • Creating slick, client-facing packs that showcase our solutions. • Delivering strategic review presentations - complete with case studies - to celebrate wins and set next-step action plans. • Make senior management pipeline reports more visual and insightful. • Design one-page growth strategy templates to spot opportunities for strategic accounts. You could get involved with: • Supporting financial modelling to shape the future of a deal. • Contribute to Deal Screening Committees, weighing up which opportunities should fly. • Analyse ESG and reputational risks, proposing ways to solve them. • Sustainability-focused - diving into ESG opportunities that help clients make responsible choices. • Product & Risk-driven - getting under the skin of our lending and transactional banking solutions. All colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office; some roles are five days per week.
