How You Will Contribute
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will enhance the efficiency of Henderson Operations by implementing engineered solutions, developing and executing improvement plans, and analyzing data to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and waste elimination initiatives.
* Drive change and implement continuous improvement processes using established methodologies.
* Standardize manufacturing best practices across operations.
* Lead and manage multiple projects ensuring timely completion.
* Apply problem-solving tools like 8D and Five Why’s to root out issues.
* Analyze processes to identify risks and constraints.
* Lead Kaizen events and other improvement projects.
* Provide analysis and recommendations for new initiatives and capital investments.

What This Role Needs
* B.A. or B.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering preferred
* 5+ years of manufacturing experience, welding or assembly experience is a plus
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Proven project management experience
* Knowledge of manufacturing software, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk Suite
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents
