The firm is a rapidly growing and ambitious Lettings and Management Agency and are taking over their competition. Due to expansion of their portfolio, and client base, they are currently searching for a Property Manager to join their supportive and friendly team.
Are you a Lettings Manager looking to start a career in property investment?
What you will be doing
* Growing residential property portfolio
* Attending valuations and listing appointments
* Updating systems, documents and general administration
* Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants
* Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
* Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
* Select tenants through interviews and background checks
* Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
* Establish and maintain relationships with tenants
What you will have
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Previous experience working within lettings / property management
* An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude
