NMS Recruit have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a thriving telecoms business based in the North West. You will assist in maintaining the standards for project management as part of the project management office (PMO). You will be working as part of a team to deliver fibre networks across the UK and will be responsible for a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the project's objectives. You will be expected to assist with effective communication between project management and the business, to maintain central project records and assist in the production of regular management reports. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of project management and the project lifecycle having experience in directly supporting project and change management functions and or as part of a project management office. Responsibilities
1. Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements
2. Develop and maintain project plans, tracking overall progress and achievement of milestones
3. Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project communication plan
4. Support the functions of the PMO and in the coordination and control of change management processes and procedures
5. Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
