Our client is currently looking for a Client Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Shipley, West Yorkshire!
As a Client Account Manager, you will be the external face of Switch2, ensuring that our clients' voices are heard and their needs are met. You will build strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, championing best-in-class service delivery across operational schemes and new projects. Your role will involve actively managing a client portfolio, providing unparalleled support, identifying growth opportunities, and leading projects to success. Your expertise will help shape our strategic direction, adding immense value to both our clients and the organisation.
Hours of Work: Full-time, hybrid working model available.
Client Account Manager Requirements:
Proven experience in selling services, ideally within the Metering, Billing, and Communal Heating sectors.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.
Demonstrated capability in managing complex project deliveries and client account plans.
A degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in project management or strategic sales.
