My client is a leading professional services firm with several sites across the UK, seeking a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in rolling out their prudential risk framework and supporting clients.
The role offers flexibility for remote work but requires occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

I am looking to speak to candidates who can demonstrate:
* An understanding of Prudential Regulations to write policies that meet regulatory requirements.
* ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualification.
* Comfort working between the 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
* Exposure to credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting.
* The ability to build relationships across business areas to ensure policy embedding.
* The ability to work from the top down, collaborating with C-suite executives and business users to implement policies.
* The capability to challenge users to ensure policy adherence.
