Role Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will involve:

* Implementing behaviour management strategies in line with school policy

* Monitoring and recording pupil progress
* Promoting independence and positive self-esteem
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Maintaining safeguarding standards at all times
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with SEN children or vulnerable individuals
* A calm, patient, and resilient personality
* Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in child development and SEN education
* A flexible and proactive approach
Previous experience in schools, SEN provisions, care settings, or youth work is highly desirable, though not essential for the right candidate.
