We are looking for an experienced Quality Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
The Quality Compliance Manager will play a key role in protecting the business from non-compliance risks while driving initiatives that enhance sustainability and operational excellence.
The Role
As the Quality Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of the companys quality management system (QMS) and compliance activities.
Youll manage audits, corrective/preventive actions, and certifications, ensuring all operational teams understand and follow established processes.
You will provide guidance and oversight on quality documentation, product release, and supplier compliance.
You will also work closely with management to deliver continuous improvement, strengthen our compliance culture, and contribute to the sustainability goals of the business. This is a high-impact role that involves interacting with multiple departments, customers, and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop the companys AS9100, AS9120, and ISO9001 quality management systems
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions
Oversight of document management and archiving systems
Lead the First Article process in line with AS9102, supporting product release and QA sign-off
Monitor business-wide compliance against policies and legal/regulatory requirements
Support management reviews and facilitate compliance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Analyse audit data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Respond to customer requests regarding quality systems and compliance information
Plan and direct quality system audits, certifications, and contract reviews
Keep up-to-date with new guidance, regulations, and industry standards and incorporate them into the audit cycle
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all business areas

You are a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You enjoy working collaboratively across teams to ensure compliance, improve processes, and drive quality initiatives.
You will have:
At least 5 years experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience managing and developing quality management systems
Strong knowledge of aerospace and international quality standards: AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Desirable:
Experience in supplier evaluation and improvement programs
IRCA Certified Lead Auditor
Knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements relating to quality standards and processes
Qualifications:
Good standard of written and spoken English
IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (desirable)
