Our Salisbury team is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full time, term time only, permanent basis.

About YouTo be considered for this position you must have:
* Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life-experience and passion for working with students aged 7+
* Have knowledge or willingness to learn, of the National Curriculum and additional support needs
* Have experience of working with children / young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferable skills
* Have good communication skills written and verbal
* Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels
* Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work
