They are a part of a small chain of family run nurseries with a fantastic reputation in the industry. Nursery Manager – Vacancy Reference: PK62956 * Monday to Friday, flexibility in hours * Up to £43,000 per annum * Free parking onsite, 5-minute walk from Basingstoke train station This attractive Nursery is looking for a motivated and responsible Manager who will be able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the setting. As a Nursery Manager, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education to all the children in your setting, and through your leadership drive employee engagement, retention and performance. The Nursery ensures a secure and engaging environment for early learning. They cater for children aged from 0 to 5 years old, in a modern, well-equipped setting. This is working full time with flexible shift times on offer to the successful applicant. Existing Managers and experienced Deputy Nursery Managers are encouraged to apply. Nursery Manager Skills and Experience: * Level 3 or above in Early Years Education / Childcare or equivalent (Level 5 in Childcare or Management & Leadership is desirable but not essential) * Preferably 2 or more years of managerial experience within a Nursery setting * Have a thorough understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and recruitment * An excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating a varied staff team Nursery Manager Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the smooth daily running and high-quality practice of the nursery by maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and local and national guidelines * Lead and inspire the staff team to provide outstanding childcare and education. * Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff * Regularly liaise with Parents and Carers alongside the owners to ensure a high level of involvement and satisfaction If this Nursery Manager position is of interest then please click apply and submit your CV
