As an Operations Supervisor based in Woking, you’ll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations within this branch.
* Leading the operations team by example and stepping up for the Operations Manager in their absence.
* General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

* Experience of leading a team in a busy environment
* A positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
* Any exposure to warehousing or logistics would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and step up in the Operations Managers absence.
* An attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
