Key Responsibilities:
14. Suitable for individuals beginning a career journey toward becoming a registered clinician (e.g., clinical psychologist, nurse, occupational therapist)

19. Delivering evidence-based interventions
20. Ensure adherence to person-centred care plans (including positive behaviour support plans)
21. Promote person-centred outcomes across the serviceAct as a guide and advisor to staff using structured support plans
22. Work within an LSHG serviceLiaise with established clinical teams
23. Ensure prescribed interventions are delivered effectively
24. Support co-production of care plans with service users and families
25. Collect and monitor outcome data
Role Requirements:
26. Strong interest in clinical psychology or related disciplines
27. Bachelors degree in Psychology
28. Career aspiration toward further clinical or professional training
