About The Role
We are recruiting for a HSE Administrator to work at our state-of-the-art factory in Barton. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30. Main Responsibilities:
1. Data entry and database management
2. Ensure all accident, incident and near miss records are kept up to date
3. Ensure site notice boards are reviewed and updated
4. Take charge of the master tracker
5. General photocopying, scanning and filing
6. Other general duties may be required
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
7. Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel and have good computer skills and an overall ‘can do’ attitude
8. General health and safety knowledge is advantageous
9. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
