Are you an experienced recruiter with fluent German who can confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle? We’re looking for an Interim Recruitment Partner to support a busymercial organisation through a period of increased hiring demand. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who can quickly build relationships, work at pace, and deliver high quality hires across Germany.
The Role
As the Interim Recruitment Partner, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment activity across a variety of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insight, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer
2. Building strong relationships with German‑speaking hiring managers
3. Creating engaging job adverts and sourcing strategies
4. Proactively identifying, engaging and assessing talent
5. Managing candidate pipelines across multiple roles
6. Conductingpetency based interviews
7. Supporting hiring managers with decision making and best practice
8. Providing regular updates and reporting on recruitment activity
9. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
10. Fluent German and strong Englishmunication skills
11. Proven experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency recruitment role
12. Confidence managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
13. Experience recruiting acrossmercial or international environments
14. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence
15. Proactive sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter
16. The ability to work independently and deliver at pace in a remote role
