Salary: £12,434 per session
Location – Melksham area
The surgery –
* Well-established GP Training Practice also hosting medical students
* Young, dynamic team of GPs
* Excellent patient scores
* Pleasant demographic – lots of new-build housing going up locally
* Coffee break twice a day – 20‑minutes in the morning and afternoon
* Very grown‑up, empowering culture – long gone are the ‘old school’ ways
* Outsourced clinical correspondence – GPs see perhaps 5 documents a day now
* SystmOne practice
You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
Your role –
* 4 or more sessions
* 13 patients per session including protected follow‑up slots
* 15‑minute appointments
* No dreaded Duty Doctor days – all patients are triaged by a Partner and allocated evenly
* Virtually no home visits
* Flexible start and finish times and completing admin from home is supported for those needing to leave slightly earlier
