Your new role
In your new role, you will work as part of a team on a broad spectrum of domestic and international personal injury disputes. The role will focus on providing a first-class service to clients, contributing to proactive marketing/profile raising and exceptional client management. The successful candidate will have a clear career progression path and will be well-supported at partner level and by other fee-earners. You will be part of a highly collaborative and collegiate culture. Your responsibilities will include:
* Advising on and representing clients in travel litigation matters, through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
* Handling a variety of personal injury claims, including cross-border cases, for both Claimants and Defendants, of varying complexity and value within England and Wales jurisdiction.
* Taking instructions from clients, attending meetings, and managing compliance procedures.
* Progressing cases through litigation, considering all appropriate methods of ADR.
What you’ll need to succeed
You should be a Legal Executive or Solicitor with NQ to 4 years' post-qualification litigation experience, or a relevant litigation seat at the newly qualified level. Experience in English personal injury cases, excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and being a team player are essential. You must have the ability to manage files independently where appropriate, demonstrate a strong client focus, and a commitment to service delivery.

The firm offers a competitive salary, flexible and hybrid working options, and the chance to work on increasing volumes of work, providing a solid platform for career advancement.
