Responsibilities of a Community Care Assistant:
* Supporting individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
* Demonstrating emotional resilience when supporting individuals facing challenging behaviors or loneliness
* Working flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Administering medication, changing dressings, and assisting with basic meal preparation
Requirements for Success:
* Previous experience working with adults in a care setting
* Registration under the PVG scheme
* A full driving license (essential)
* SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
