We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Must be available Friday-Sunday and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication during service.
* Perform basic math calculations for order processing and billing.
Skills
* Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant experience preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
* Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles is advantageous.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Exceptional guest services skills to create memorable experiences for patrons.
* Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
