About the Role As Senior Manager of Commercial Refurb, you’ll help shape and deliver Dyson’s Sustainable Sales channel strategy. You’ll translate regional priorities into local action, working closely with cross-functional teams and local markets to build a profitable, sustainable channel portfolio. Your focus: contribute to Dyson’s goals on sustainability and growth—making a real impact as you help drive our next phase. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy & Execution Support new Sustainable Sales channel projects—help build business cases, set up commercial frameworks, and contribute to operational design. Assist with mapping sales networks and setting standards for store design and customer experience. Regional Collaboration Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Communications to launch and optimize plans in each market. Act as a main liaison, providing feedback and coordinating between teams. Market Support & Partnership Maintain relationships with local market teams. Guide them in adapting strategies and evolving their channel portfolio, factoring in local culture and commercial needs. Insight & Analysis Conduct market and competitor analysis, review business models, and track financial drivers. Use analytical frameworks to inform strategy, collaborating with senior leaders and commercial planning teams. Performance Monitoring Define and track key performance indicators. Share insights and best practices to improve channel performance across regions. Business Case Support Help prepare business cases for new projects and initiatives. Ensure proposals are well-aligned, thorough, and ready for discussion at approval forums. Post-Launch Review Work with stakeholders to monitor projects after launch. Support continuous improvement and measure business impact. About You Commercial experience, ideally with refurbished or sustainable products, in multi-market settings. Strategic mindset: skilled at analysing markets, spotting opportunities, and shaping action plans. Collaborative: experienced in working across divisions and geographies, with strong cultural awareness and adaptability. Analytical and results-focused: adept at managing KPIs, generating insights, and driving improvements.
