Responsibilities
Device Management
* Build and rebuild devices to meet user specifications.
* Provision and configure equipment for end users.
Inventory & Stock Control
* Follow established stock control procedures.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using the Stock Management Tool/database.
* Manage deliveries and hardware allocation/disposal processes.
Service Coordination
* Coordinate IMAC deliverables from initiation to completion.
* Ensure timely execution of tasks aligned with service expectations.
Customer Experience
* Deliver a professional and positive user experience, even under pressure.
* Uphold Capgemini’s commitment to inclusivity and a welcoming work environment.
Skills / Must Have
* Background in IT support with customer-facing experience.
* Proficiency in desktop environments (Windows 7–10).
* Experience with software/application installation.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Basic understanding of server infrastructure and networking.
Nice to Have
* Microsoft / CCNA / CompTIA certification.
