Responsibilities
Main Duties:
To provide support to the sales and business development team
The Role:
– To assist the sales and business development managers
– To identify possible leads for prospective customers
– To generate price lists and quotations for customer orders
– To process customer orders and purchase orders through the system
– To monitor sales performance and competitor activity
– To manage and organise distribution of product samples in line with client request and company policy
– To update the system accordingly with purchase orders, shipments and deliveries
Candidate's Profile
– Fluent in a second European language in addition to English
– Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role – Essential
– Experience in the packaging industry – Beneficial
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– IT literate and good Excel skills
