This role is designed to support your development into a fully capable Contracting Site Supervisor, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to the success of our projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience while completing a structured apprenticeship programme, developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.### **Real Work, Real Experience**From day one, you’ll be employed and working on live construction sites, gaining practical experience in site supervision and contract delivery. You’ll work closely with Site Managers, Contract Managers, and the Regional Operational Manager to support the safe, efficient, and compliant running of our operations.We are looking for an apprentice site supervisor to work in our Road Surfacing Division. We are the 3rd largest asphalt laying contractor in the UK and build a wide range of roads from our Strategic Road Network (Motorways and A Roads) to Local Council roads. We are looking for a dynamic and engaged individual to join our Operations Team in the South West of England. You will be training to be a Construction Site Supervisor, specialising is Road Surfacing, learning to manage the overall operation on a specific operational site. You will learn to be responsible for H&S, environmental impact, quality, costs and work program. No day is ever the same as you problem solve to meet the individual challenges of each day and site. ### **Structured Learning**Alongside your role, you’ll study part-time with a recognised training provider. Your learning will be directly linked to your day-to-day responsibilities, helping you apply theory in practice and build a strong foundation for your future career.### **What You’ll Be Doing**As an Apprentice Site Manager, you’ll support the operational team in achieving performance objectives and continuous improvement. Key areas of development include:* **Health & Safety:** Support risk assessments, COSHH, and safe working practices.
