The successful candidate will:
* Advise on a diverse range of commercial, IP, and technology matters, often with an international dimension.
* Collaborate directly with senior leadership on strategy, client development, and growth initiatives.
* Take on early responsibility, with real influence in shaping client relationships and practice direction.
* Enjoy access to complex, interesting work far removed from routine commercial matters.
About You
* Qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE (guideline only).
* Strong background in commercial, IP or tech-related work, ideally gained within a leading firm or boutique environment.
* Entrepreneurial, confident and client-focused, with excellent communication and drafting skills.
* A following is not required, but initiative, ambition and the ability to contribute to growth will be highly valued and rewarded.
