From conferences and awards shows to incentives and gala dinners, they offer full production services and event logistics. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an incentives specialist to join and lead a wide range of international projects!
The role
This is a busy Event / Project Manager role where you will lead reward and recognition events as well as incentive travel trips from concept to completion. Responsibilities include planning international destinations, working with DMCs, managing guest/delegate registration, and creating engaging on-site itineraries. International travel will be involved!
About you
You are a strong Event Manager with experience in planning and curating incentive travel trips, as well as reward and recognition events, ideally within an agency environment. You should have extensive international destination knowledge, a keen eye for unique venues and resorts for creative incentives, and an excellent network of suppliers and DMCs. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the London office.
